Communication system
The communication system of 12nd Titpalla Union is very good. A paved road 
turns to the west on the south side of the Union Parishad office and turns
 into Mannafia Eye Hospital at Bhatara Bazar in Sarishabari Upazila. 
Kendua Union Parishad or Kendua reached Kalibari Bazar from Kamalkhan 
junction in front of Union Parishad office.From Kamalkhan Hat to 
Ruposhi and Charashi Kornipara through Senai Beel to Defulibari 
village and up to Jamalpur Sarishabari Highway.
